Jerome has more than 22 years of experience at Mazars and is the regional Americas founder and leader of the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment practice, the ESG & Sustainability practice, and the Mazars Group lead for the water sector initiative. Jerome has global experience servicing major international financial institutions and developers, investment funds, construction companies and utilities on transaction across all asset classes. He is highly experienced on cross-border transactions, accounting, tax guidance, financial modeling, advisory, strategic assessments, and business process improvements.

Jose is an Associate Director for the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment practice in the New York office. He has a total experience of more than 11 years in the renewable energy and energy storage project finance space, working with financial models, tax equity and due diligence on transactions in USA and Mexico. He previously worked for the North American Development Bank where he structured the financing of 2k MW of solar, wind and energy storage projects ranging from 2 MW to 400+ MW, totaling an investment of over $3.5 billion. In addition to financial modelling, Jose has direct experience in financing and loan agreements negotiations, tax equity, origination, off-take contract reviews and in the overall technical, legal and environmental due diligence.
